7800DXL wireless turning itself off

I have a problem with the 2.4G wireless on my Billion 7800DXL turning itself off. So far, I have had it for 6 days and the wireless has turned itself off 4 times. The light on the front of the box stays on but none of the wireless devices I have can see a signal. To get it working again, I have to log into the Wireless 2.4G/Basic configuration page and click on the "Apply" button.

I have raised a support ticket with Billion, but I'm wondering whether anyone else has had this issue.

The only changes I made on the wireless side after running the quick start wizard were to change the SSID and disable the 5G wireless. The schedule control for the 2.4G wireless is set to always on. Firmware is the latest version (2.32b).

Any help/comments would be appreciated. Aside from this issue, I like the router and would like to keep it.

Switch the wireless bandwidth to 20MHz.

I have been experiencing the same problem in that the wireless signal was intermittent and would only work briefly. This affected all devices. I changed the wireless bandwidth to 20 MHZ as suggested here and problem solved, so thanks
