How to setup QoS on 8800NL (specific situation)

Hello,
Really like this router my first Billion would like some advice on how to do the following.
We have 3 Primary pc connected to the router and I would like via QoS to set aside 10% of both up and downstream for each IP on the lan, so that if one of us is downloading a game on steam or updating a new file everyone else can still function online.

Anyone ?
In most other routers it is simply a matter of clicking on a section and setting aside 5-10% bandwidth to a machine.
