Sorry, billion_fan, but I'm very underwhelmed with the support you're providing. I am now in the process of selling my Billion BiPAC 8800AXL, because there are so many bugs with it.

I've been using the 8800AXL for nearly 2 years without any major issues. What issues are you experiencing?
