7800N on its way maybe ?

Hi all, i have a 7800n, its been great for a year now
but over the last 2 weeks its been a swine,
It never drops a connection, but loses throughput and the SNR Margin does not drop from its usual 5.5 (ish) only a power cycle fixes it
I have to leave it off for at least 5 mins before it will work again, 12 - 20 hours later it does it again

I spoke to my ISP (ICUK) and they swear there is not a prob at there end.
I have a Netgear DGN2000 and while it works, its slow and drops wireless every 2 days and thats with DGteam FW

The 7800n is on 1.06g and i have tried all firmware back to 1.06e and its the same
Do you have any suggestions ?

No as they said there should be nothing wrong ?
I managed to get my hands on a Draytek 2710n and that did exactly the same,
so it seems it isn't the Billion.
The Draytek showed roughly 50k errors in 10 mins on the receive and Zero errors on the TX
ICUK say they have done extensive tests with Cable and Wireless and there IS nothing wrong
their end ?
