BiPac 880AXL r2 - USB drive will not connect

I have just purchased a Billion router - part of my motivation for doing so was to be able to have an external hard drive connected on the USB... the Seagate drive I use connects to everything else without an issue but it doesn't show on the Billion system... am I doing something wrong?

How big is your seagate hd, off the top of my memory the 8800 series will only support upto 2tb HD's

The external drive I have is 2TB, it works perfectly well with all my other USB devices including the telly!

Have you tried to use USB stick to see if it sees the USB stick?
