Time Schedule on the 7800

Hi Guys

Can anyone possibly give me a step by step guide to setting up the Time Schedule?

I've put some times and days of the week in when i want the kids to be off the internet ( bedtimes, early morning etc...) but what do i do next? How do i stop internet traffic at the times i've stipulated?
