Thanks, it worked! Only with some of the standard servers though, I had to try a few. However, now the speed dropped to max 5mbit/s... Is this a limitation of the PPTP protocol or the modem itself? NordVPN a when accessed via other app for example perform much much better

Its a limitation as the router has to decrypt and encrypt packets for all clients when using PPTP.

Thanks for your reply. It sounds like an hardware limitation then, pity. It makes this feature basically unusable...
