Unfortunately, I have no faith in the AU support. I emailed them before coming to these forums and they told me the ONLY way to route traffic from one IP through the 4G WAN was to use Interface Grouping. When I asked about policy routing they said: "not possible."

All I can suggest is trying to remove all policy routing rules, and try adding them again.
