Hi,
I broadly followed the procedure described in http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/extracti ... -sr101.htm. I.e. I used a Windows 7 laptop. I installed the latest version of Wireshark and WinPCap, and used it to log the packets sent by the router to the broadband network when the Sky router boots up. By searching the logged packets for the text "sky" it was quite easy to detect the packet that contained the username and password. The username is of the form mmmmmmmmmmmm@skydsl, where mmmmmmmmmmmm is the MAC address of the box. This is in fact printed on the label of the box, so it's not really necessary to use Wireshark to get this. I hope this helps.
