Try the attached firmware, I would advise to restart with factory default settings, as there have been lots of changes within the firmware.

This firmware should resolve SNMP crash issue

I flash the modem with this new firmware 2.32d.dr3 (factory settings):
I see a new DSL PHY and Driver Version: A2pD039f.d24m
adsl ok.

log & snmp is ok for the moment (snmpb & cacti tested).
I tell you in one week if it's ok (without crash).

same Wireless Driver Version in this firmware: 6.30.102.7.cpe4.12L08.4
so I disable wireless as it randomly crash the router too.

there have been lots of changes within the firmware.
Can we have the details/changelog ?

I don't have the release notes for the firmware, as this is a beta firmware with the SNMP fix, (already confirmed fixed and working with another customer)

[OT] ETEC7800DXL_2.32d.dr3.afw cured a big DHCP configuration problem I was having (thanks) but does not generate any Security Logs.

I have Configure Log set to Enable, Notice, Notice, Local. Changing settings doesn't make it better.

There is a problem with the SNMP service common to multiple current Billion routers, I have had this problem with a 8800AXL, as a work around try using SNMPv1 rather than SNMPv2 if possible. Mine has been working fine for about a week since changing to V1

Changing the log levels is for 'System Log' not the security log

One week later: it's OK ! it still works with this firmware ! :D

On cacti, the graph (last week):
- Attenuation
- Speed
- SNR
- traffic

I don't know why it stop working the 2015/04/25 at 07:00 and re-work at 07:30 without doing anything...

I'm very happy, thank you for this firmware ! it is stable for me ;)
