You mentioned using the EWAN port in an earlier post, under the Physical Port Status there is a red ross next to EWAN. Not sure if this is relevant.

The EWAN port is only relevent if you are using a cable modem connection, so the cable modem will connect to the EWAN port, so it should not have a effect on the FTP upload limit.

I am still looking into the issue, with Billion support.
