It's highly likely that if you've had a fault somewhere then your IP Profile would have been lowered by the DLM.
Use the BT Wholesale speedtest http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and take the "further diagnostics" option. You'll eventually get your profile details.

So apparently they've got me set for achieving 77Mbit download and 20mbit upload. I never saw either with HH3 or the Billion, max I achieved was about 70/14.
Just wondering what this engineer's gonna be doing when he comes cause I'm at a loss, if they limited me to 20mbit down it would be showing in their speedtest here right?

Re: Issues with BT Infinity
All Infinity 2 users have the 20meg upload profile and your download profile is very good indeed and I'm truly jealous.
You should be seeing something like 75/18 on speed tests I would have thought.
But there's obviously something seriously wrong. If the engineer gets nowhere then it might be worth registering at the BTCare community forum http://community.bt.com/ and posting the issue there.
The users are all very helpful & the mods work for BT and contacting them is often far better than trying to deal with BT through the usual support process (India!)
