As stated before, resources are limited at the moment.
QOS will not be removed just because you don't use it
Source code will be released in due course once more resources are available.
I have also just chased my engineers on this issue again

Here is the reply from our engineers
"The old QoS mechanism has some affect during the Upload process that will kill the downloads/web browsing,
That’s why Broadcom has changed the QoS mechanism from 2.32d old code base to the new code base 2.32e to protect against this issue"
So only two options now
1. Stay on firmware 2.32d.dh65 (if you really need the extra 1mb upload)
2. Use the latest 2.32e
