Thanks, I'll report back tomorrow as to whether disabling DHCP on the BTTV LAN group has resolved my issue.

Disabling DHCP server on my BTTV LAN group has resolved my issues. I also notice that DHCP/ARP tables are displaying all devices correctly, whereas previously it only displayed one or two. Very odd, but looks resolved now.

That's great news mate, one more step added for the IPTV setup :D

Awesome .. was just about to post exact question .. have a virtual beer.

Had gone back to BT smart hub but the uPnp isnt smart enough to allow 2 x ps4 on same lan.
