I've just read back through the thread and someone suggested fixing the IP address of all devices that don't have their ports released in the virtual server list - I'll try that later as I know of the two devices that conflict on my network (competing for the same ports) one has a fixed IP and the other doesn't.
One other question - does Port Triggering only work when uPnP is turned off? As it seems any application that has a port in the Port Triggering list is still opened by uPnP.
Normally its best to use one or the other, either have UPNP off and static virtual server rules added. (as UPNP can mess up the port forwarding/triggering rules) Or UPNP on without port forwarding/triggering rules.

I've been using a 7800n for a few years and Upnp works well on it for xbox multiple xbox360/ps3 etc
Running 2 Xbox one simultaneously was bit faffy to start with (don't use instant on as nat fails often) use power saver and OPEN is achieved on 2 xbox ones at same time via DHCP and UPNP (no forwarding rules and no IP in the DMZ)
However seem Activision+Treyarch/IW or whatever they are called this week have implemented their own version of UPnP or deviated from something by adding extra couple of ports which now renders my NAT on this game Moderate or strict depending on which xbone one is switched on first, billion can you remedy this please or can some tell Activision/TA/iw to stop messing on.
Edit I should have read page 3 before entering my post
with seeing info about UPnP AV Architecture:2

well i have open nat on 3 xbones and 4 360's
the fourth xbone suffers from restricted nat
the way i did this was to set all xboxes up with a fixed ip address below the normal range, so where the ip range from the routers pool is 192.168.1.100>192.168.1.253 i set the various xbox's up as 192.168.1.48 through 192,168.1.60 now the one thats gotten the "restricted" setting is sat at the end of over 50 meters of ethernet cable and 4 network switches and it doesnt matter which box i shove on that spot they are all "restricted" so i suspect its somethign to do wiht the length of wire and quality of signal getting through all those switches......
i'll figure it out maybe let that box go wifi and shove a repeater on the stairs or something once that user gets to an age where he needs it
oh and yeah most of those consoles are connected the entire time along with 5 set top boxes 12 pc's a printer and a couple ot nas boxes on the wired side and 6 phones and 6 tablets (well when everyone is home) on the wifi side
