I'm on d10_t1 - I'll upgrade to d11 today.

The router fully reboots.

I can capture syslogs here, so, if after I upgrade to d11 it keeps on happening, I'll crank logging up to Debug and see what I can capture.

If you can capture the logs that will be great, once you have logs, send them over to support@billion.uk.com

I have an 8800NL R2.
Every time I have upgraded to a version of 2.52 i have problems with the box rebooting itself approximately every 12 hours or so.
Reverted back to 2.50 version all is rock solid.
On a BT infinity line.
Anybody else seen this issue?
Any suggestions?

Dave
upgraded to 2.52.d11 a few days ago.
all looks good.
no obvious issues.
no involuntary reboots.

Thanks for d11, I've been using the dreadful Plusnet Hub One router which has been behaving very strangely.

As soon as I saw that people were having better luck with this version, I gave it a go and now it's been up for around 6 days and seems very stable :D

Gotta restart it now though to apply my static ip.

Nice one Billion ;)

Oh and I did wonder why it was asking me to log in twice! I'll install that at some point.

Cheers!

Firmware 2.52.d12 will resolve the double login issue, the firmware can be found here viewtopic.php?f=19&t=13668&start=10

I'm with Plusnet too - apart from the double login issue everything seems rock solid :

Model Name BiPAC 8800NL R2
Host Name home.gateway
System Up-Time 18D 4H 9M 40S
Date/Time Wed Oct 17 17:01:13 2018
Software Version 2.52.d10_t1

I'll be upgrading the firmware when it restarts next - I want to see how long this connection will hold for ..........

All fine here too 10 days + uptime.

I am really pleased with this router and recent firmware. Much better than my old Plusnet router.
My connection has now been up 41 days on 2.52.d10. I am planning to upgrade to d12 tonight.
