I have an 8800nl and I want to block a computer from accessing the Internet. It is connected to the router by an Ethernet cable. I was using time restrictions but he found a way to change his mac address and has access again. Is there any other way to block it?

The only true way to block the user is via mac address, if he has changed it you will have to add another time restriction rule with the updated mac address

(I would of suggested adding a static lease IP for the device, then blocking it via IP on the firewall, but if the user is changing MAC address, the static lease IP rule will be void)

okay, thank you. Would it be possible to set the router so it allows users I tell it to, and not him? Rather than telling it to block him?

If the device was a wireless device then yes, but not possible on a Ethernet device (only option is block the MAC)
