Not able to access router via 192.268.1.254

Hi
Weird problem, Not able to access router via 192.268.1.254 have tried on different browsers, (firefox, brave, opera, chrome) and on different devices (os x mac, nook tablet, nokia 6 smartphone, asus tablet) i can connect to he internet, as is proof here, I can "see" the router listed as a device on the "fing"android app, just cant access, even via "fing" interface, ie: >scan services, >select http port 80,> connect. I CAN ping the router, no packet losses, I can't use ssh to connect to the router either.
Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
