xdslctl options

Hi,
I'm trying to understand a couple of the xdslctl options, and wondered where I can find documentation?
The options are:
xdslctl configure --minINP <sym>
xdslctl configure --maxDelay <ms>
Keen to understand the syntax for <sym> and whether the options affect US, DS or both. (This is for VDSL rather than ADSL)
