dropping out

I have a Bipac 8900ax 1600r2
ver 2.50a.d15
I have dual wan
primary is sky adsl
secondary is virgin using the virgin modem
my problem is the internet keeps dropping and router keeps locking up, I have to reboot it every few days
any ideas where I should start to look
