Hi guys,
Just received a 8800AXL R2 this morning, and can't for the life of me figure out how to access the UI over the network when it's set to bridge mode.
I've got a Unifi security gateway as the router on 192.168.1.1, and the 8800AXL is on 192.168.0.254 and set to bridging with DHCP off. Internet works fine, but I would like to be able to access the 8800AXL's UI over LAN.
I know I will probably have to set up up a static route on the 8800AXL, but every time I try to set one up, it tells me 'Unable to add rule'.
If anyone could help me out with this, I'd be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Re: 8800AXL R2 - access UI in bridge mode
Figured it out, I'll post what I did below.
Changed the 8800AXL IP to 192.168.2.1
Created a static route in the UniFi Security Gateway to 192.168.2.2/24 as shown here (it's for the Draytek Vigor130, but works fine for the 8800 too):
https://community.ubnt.com/t5/UniFi-Rou ... -p/1637366
Created a static route in the 8800AXL:
IPv4
Destination IP - 192.168.0.0/16
Gateway - 192.168.2.2
Interface - br0
Metric - 3
You can then access the UI through it's IP address of 192.168.2.1 over LAN.
Cheers
