Billion 8800AXL R2 - DNS issue.

I've just bought this router and got it configured and - I thought - up and running. I'm using a separate modem.
It seems to be working fine for my laptop and desktop but my Sky box and TV are unhappy. It's hard to say what the Sky box's problem is but the TV is telling me to check my DNS settings. The status summary seems correct:
Default Gateway / IPv4 Address ppp2.1 (Ethernet) / <censored by me>
Connection Time 04:45:09
Primary DNS Server 212.69.40.23
Secondary DNS Server 212.69.36.23
IPv6 Gateway / IPv6 Address ppp2.1(Ethernet)2a02: <censored by me>
One thing does occur to me - I don't think the Sky box nor my TV support IPv6 so is there an issue with IPv4 DNS?
I currently have multiple interfaces defined which my old router (8800NL R2) didn't have:

ATM Interface

You should only have 2 WAN interfaces, the Ethernet and 3G/4G LTE (the Ethernet WAN for the connection to your modem and the 3G/4G default that can't be removed)
Is your TV/Sky Box connected via Ethernet or Wireless, if wireless which band 2.4ghz or 5ghz??
What IP address does both devices get (without the static option used below)
From looking at your DNS address you are with IDnet, I don't think their DNS servers should be a issue, but you can always set your TV to manual IP address/DNS servers
Example for your TV
IP address - 192.168.1.200
Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway - 192.168.1.254
DNS Server 1 - 8.8.8.8
DNS Servers 2 - 8.8.4.4
With this static IP setup you can verify if the issue is with the DNS servers.

The Sky box and TV are both wired. I'll remove the extra interfaces - if that's the problem it seems like the configuration 'wizard' ought to have removed them. I don't think IDNet's servers will be the issue. It all worked fine with my previous Billion 8800NL R2. I didn't check the TV but the Sky box seemed to get a reasonable address in the .100 to .199 range. The TV also said it's DNS server was 192.168.1.254 (the router).

As long as the IP address etc is correct the device should not have any issues accessing the internet. (especially if you are on a wired connection)
Normally even with multiple WAN connections only one is used (these extra profiles are default profiles but shouldn't cause any issues)
Also try a firmware upgrade 2.52.d10

Good news. Got home today and both boxes are happy as Larry. It occurred to me this lunch time that I had swapped the routers out without powering down those devices. Also that when I checked the DHCP I didn't see enough devices listed. So I think perhaps the two devices ended up trying to share the same IP address. Anyway it's good those boxes are happy but now I have an IPv6 issue to sort out (see other thread).
Le sigh.
