We have released the 1.06e firmware for our 7800 series.

This firmware includes IPv6 support for 7800 wired version.

Release note

New Features:
1. IPv6 support urlfilter and remote access
2. IPv6 ND Proxy while WAN protocol is MPoA
3. Add the encryption field at the WLAN WDS feature. It can allow WDS
encryption can be different from the AP.
4. Add more syslog information for IPv6
5. Allow space at the WLAN WPS key field
6. Enhance EWAN IPTV application by Internode request

1. IPv6 dynamic prefix should only be padded on the internal address
2. Fix pptp can't work if DMZ be enabled
3. 3 > Fix One to One NAT issues on failover case
4. 4> Fix IPv6 failover issues
5. 5> Fix issue that unicast packets will only be forward to first match PVC
6. 6 > Allow '.' and '@' in PPTP user field
7. 7> Fix IPsec issue while multiple 0.0.0.0 case

Unfortunately this firmware broke the "WPA Shared Key" in that it can no longer accept a 'comma' which should be a perfectly acceptable character. After installing this firmware and resetting my router, I had to go around the house reconfiguring the wifi on all connected devices when I should have just been able to set the same (previous) password (containing a comma) on the router.

I cannot use IPV6 with this firmware - please see thread lower down page. Can I get hold of the 1.06d firmware again?

This firmware seems unstable, router regularly frozen after approx 1 weeks use. I've reverted back to 1.06d, hope the router is stable again.

Hmmm, so why does my 7800n show a firmware of 1.08a?

Could you confirm the model number please, 1.08a appears to be the latest firmware for the 7300N.

I blame long shifts at work, not enough coffee and my ability to read an instruction manual without actually reading it. You are absolutely right, and I feel very silly. It is a 7300n.
