Question about QOS

is it possible to configure QOS on the 8900AX-2400 so that my sky plus box can download content quickly when my son is downloading huge game updates on the PC or PS4. Currently when one of these massive downloads is in progress the sky box will take hours to buffer enough of a film for it to become available.
What I'm after is that all devices can utilize the full bandwidth when no other devices are busy downloading, however the sky+ box should get priority
Cheers
Tom

Not possible, the only option is to limit the download speeds of the PS4/PC so there is enough bandwidth left to stream on your Sky box.
Example attached, please note the PS4 and PC will need to be added to the ' Static IP Lease List' so they obtain the same IP address everytime they are switched on/used, found under 'Configuration >> LAN, in the middle of the page, when entering the IP address make sure it is outside the DHCP range, hence 192.168.1.200 and 192.168.1.201 is the perfect example

Thats a shame, it seems the Billion QOS is pretty useless. As far as I can tell if I restrict all the devices that could interfere with the Sky+ box to 75% I am effectively wasting 25% of my bandwidth most of the time. The implementation on my old Draytek was much better where you could allocate a percentage of bandwidth to an IP (and/or port range). When not being use that bandwidth is available to any IP. It seems Billion is falling behind the times with its firmware features.
