Updated 7800n to 1.06g and now cannot connect to ISP

As title says, updated to 1.06g from 1.06d and since then when I enter my ISP username and pass it restarts but then says that the connection has filed. I have used an older router and called up my ISP to make sure that it is not the line or wrong details, but the other router works. I emailed Billion support about a week ago and have not got a reply so this is a last resort really. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be or where I could get hold of older firmwares so I can downgrade and see if that works?
PLEASE HELP!

When you upgraded did you reset to factory settings or use the current ones?

Current, but then did a hard reset. And have since tried reinstalling to factory settings.
