Different DHCP range per VLAN?

I'm considering buying a 7800N.
I have two subnets at home; one which is behind a sNAT, and the other is routable without NAT.
I believe I can configure the switch in the 7800N into VLANs, and it will route traffic between - but can I get the DHCPd to serve addresses from the two ranges, one range for each subnet? (Also can those addresses be static, keyed off MAC?)
Thanks for any comments! I'm going to be buying based on this. An alternative is to run another DHCP server from another machine, but the idea is to start to get less boxes
