Understanding 8800NL R2 Error Stats?

I have the Billion as a modem in front of a Synology 2600ac router. I have FTTC which for a couple of years has been fine but recently although download is fine, upload moved from 8.4 Mbps down to 0.9
This got sorted, not clear if reduced interference at my end of an ISP fix but upload speed 8.4 and slowly inc to 8.7
This am Upload at 4.7 and decreasing fast to 1.0 I have just made a soft reset, speed back to 8.4 then within minutes modem status was "Initialising" and speed dropped to 1.0. SNR Margin increased from 6.0 to 9.2 during this upload decrease.
Only errors on the xDSL stats screen are
OH Frame errors Down 581 Upload 2
RS Correctable errors Down 68206 Upload 1
All other errors HEC OCD LCD are zero for Up and Down
Not all these errors are listed in the manual.
Is there another source of info on what all these errors mean and how to interpret them, particularly wrt to "Upload" speed ?
