Billion Router / Cisco Switch works fine at one place but no

Have exact same billion router with a cisco switch both locations, same isp package in both with same download speed. One location the connection is fine, but other location internet will be fine for while pages load fine example page will load in two seconds, but after half an hour will increase too 30+ seconds slow and sluggish, unless turn the router and switch on and off again.
Computers connected via eithernet , but even when try access the wi-fi that is slow to connect as well
