Hello all,

I have a problem with my 7800N. After roughly 2-3 months of uptime the ADSL link will go down and the router will not resync until I do a full power cycle.

Here's a portion of the syslog when this last happened the other day:

I can provide more information to help diagnose the problem, just let me know.

Thanks very much

Thanks very much

Please upgrade to lastest firmware and check if the issue still occurs on 1.06h.dt2. (attached) don't forget to reset back to factory default settings, to ensure all changes within the firmware are implemented correctly.

Thanks

I'll load this firmware now and if I see the problems again I'll post back in this thread. It may be some time before it happens again (if it does). Perhaps up to 3 months :)

You can't use the 7800N firmware with the 7800, once I receive firmware 1.06h.dt2 for the 7800 I will post it

Sorry I meant you can't use the 7800N on the 7800, it will be rejected.

I know admin has requested the 7800 firmware from our engineers, just waiting for a reply now and I will post it for you.
