Web Interface crash

Whenever I make any changes to the Guest/Virtual Access Points the web interface page goes blank (as it often does when changing settings) and the network goes down and comes back after a minute. That's OK and understood.
The problem is that the web interface page doesn't come back and what's worse I can't connect to the router again via its IP address in Firefox or Internet Explorer, they say they are "Waiting for...". Closing the browser doesn't help.
I can ping the address OK and the LAN and WAN are up as I can browse the Internet etc. All the router lights are on and OK.
The only way to get the router to display its configuration pages again is to turn it off and on again.
I'm on the latest firmware 2.32c.
Is this a bug? Any one else have this?
Thanks

Never seen this before, after the firmware uprgade I assume you reset back to factory default settings and manually reconfigured the device??

Also can you telnet into the device once the issue has occured?

Yes, I did a factory reset and configured again from scratch.
Messing with Virtual APs didn't use to do this, it's something that has appeared recently. I've had one Virtual AP set up and always enabled for weeks now. The problem came last night when I enabled another one, set up a password etc. Since then any change, even just turning on Clients Isolation for an AP or changing the number of Max Clients will make it go dead on me.
Yes I can telnet in.
