Everytime I go look at the UPnP Portmap in the status I see Teredo in it. I've no idea what it is and so far reading about it through google goes above my head. Something to do with IPv6 and tunnelling whatever that is. Should I be worried where this is coming from or is it normal?

Teredo is perfectly normal and safe, you do not need to be concerned about it.
