I can open the router in my browser ok But I whirly ring thing is telling me the page is still loading. (forever)
any other link I click wont do anything.
This is a recent problem It has worked normally for a few years.
Can anyone suggest what I could try please?

Have you tried accessing the router from a wireless or wired connection, to see if there is any difference

Are you by any chance using the "NoScript" add-on extension in your (Firefox?) browser?
If so then you should be able to click on the 'NoScript' button in the browser window and tell it to allow scripts from Billion. You can allow them temporarily, which is what I usually do, or permanently.
This then allows me to access the router settings.
(Or possibly you have some other browser extension enabled which is blocking scripts.)
