I noticed that QoS rules (LAN-to-WAN and WAN-to-LAN) also affect LAN to LAN transfer speed. Is there any method to override this?

(i.e. if I set WAN QoS speed limits for 192.168.1.100, this limitation also affects transfers between 192.168.1.100 and any other 192.168.1.X client). I expected QoS limits wouldn't affect internal LAN transfer speed.

I just ran a quick test here, and LAN transfer speeds stayed the same with or without QOS rules (with the rules I added I would expect LAN speeds to be limited by 50% but that is not the case), screen shots attached, so working as it is designed too

In my case I continue to have limited speed, it happens for the transfers from 192.168.1.1 (The 7800DXL with an attached USB disk) to my laptop (192.168.1.150, WAN QoS rule enabled).
(i.e. I download a large file to my laptop from the usb disk attached to the router, transfer speed is fixed to 1,40 MB/sec, the same limit I have for WAN transfers).
If I upload a file from my laptop to the disk attached to the 7800DXL there is no speed limit, QoS rule in this case is correctly bypassed (didn't test yesterday).

It seems like the USB disk attached to the 7800DXL is classified as WAN (only for the download rules). No problem for the upload.

Is your laptop running off a wireless connection or a wired connection, also can you post a screen shot of your QOS rule, I need to try and replicate the issue, hence I need your exact configuration.

My laptop is connected via a wireless (2,4Ghz) connection, it correctly obtains an IP via DHCP (192.168.1.150/250). I tried also via a wired connection, same problem.
My QoS rule is the following:

No, it only effected USB HD connected to the router, and only effected download speeds from the USB HD
