Why do the Aus always have the firmware updates first then we wait a very long time, sometimes over two months to get the UK release?

Anyone can shed some light on this?

We (Billion UK) would prefer to run tests on our firmware before we release the firmware (just to make sure there aren't any bugs etc)

This was the sole reason why we released firmware 1.06f.dc1, as normal firmware 1.06f had issues that needed to be resolved, which Au released before us, and then they noticed the firmware had issues.

If we had released firmware 1.06f, we would of had to ask all our customers to upgrade again, which can be pain (manually reputting all settings etc after a firmware upgrade)

Maybe we will use the forum test firmware section in future to PRE RELEASE firmwares. We will release it on the forum before officially releasing it on our website.
