IPTV Set Up With 8800AXL

Hello,
So plusnet are about to make their IPTV available for residential premises.
I am going to go for this - in preparation for this, how do I go about setting up the 8800AXL router?

Check the attached guide, plusnet setup should be the same as Bt vision setup

Great - I will use that guide when the plusnet IPTV goes live and if I make a balls up I will post on here or drop you a call!

No problem mate, this guide should work for the following reasons
1. I wrote this guide
2. Already sent this to another customer and he confirmed it worked fine

Awesome - it seems straightforward anyhow - but you know how untechnologicaly minded I am - when it does go live and I order it and set it up ok, I will let you know!

So I have ordered IPTV today - is it advisable to wait until I receive the YouView box and then configure the Billion or can it be done now in anticipation?

You should be able to configure the device in advance

Just followed your guide in anticipation of receiving my new youview box - all set up ok and IPTV channels are showing up on my current box although the service/activation has not been completed (AFAIK) from pn.

So i got the plusnet youview box today and my tinkering with the router with your guide a couple days ago works a treat.
