you should remove the ip and mac information from your post, other than that I would ask did you do something strange to your routers firmware or let BT have tro69 access to it ?

the log information seems abnormal in terms of entries like

Sep 11 16:28:21 daemon notice syslog: pppd:Warning - secret file /etc/ppp/chap-secrets has world and/or group access
Sep 11 16:28:21 daemon notice syslog: pppd:No CHAP secret found for authenticating us to acc-aln1.pbr
Sep 11 16:28:21 daemon notice syslog: pppdSmiley Tonguerimary DNS address
there shouldn't be anything about emoticons in that log file list

it looks like your connection got severed by a line drop rather than a logout probably initiated by the line management software bt uses especially during the training period, the messages about transport endpoint being missing are normal, it means the server hasn't figured out your line went down so your still logged in and that can take up to 10 minutes to refresh itself when a ppp session drops without doing a full disconnect (especially on fibre)

the line stats show a large number of hec errors which might be indicating a line fault, but really you should be asking on the bt customer forums, just remember to delete all the mac address and ip numbers from the logfile entries before hitting submit
