I've only owned my 7800n a few months and its decided to just give up the ghost....well kinda. It's was plugged in through the EWAN port on a Sky router and the wireless and all the other functions were being used. All the ports were in use and simply one day the wireless and ethernet ports dropped out. I tried logging on to the web interface, but couldn't.
Now when you look at the front on the router you can barely make out the power or internet LED's (very faint) however; the ethernet ports light up fine (bright green). I've tried resetting, but nothing. I paid a lot of money for this router and wouldn't expected to go this early in its life. It was plugged in to a surge protector with a lot of other electrical items, which are all fine so I can't see it being a surge issue.
Any ideas? Thanks
Please Help!!! What's happened?

Best if you raise a ticket with http://www.billion.uk.com/esupport and they'll advise you via e-mail if a RMA is required.

I didn't think I could get a fix idea so I've submitted the ticket. Cheers from a fellow Co Durham lad...(Willington)
