Are there any tweaks, mods, settings to improve speed on BT? I just have their "plain jane" broadband...

Another member on the forum queried this and I think the workaround to overcome BT's DLM knocking you back, was to enable PhyR when you use the SNR tweaking page http://192.168.1.254.snr.cgi which you enter by extending the URL after logging into the router to access the hidden page.
The values that are normally entered by which to reduce the Target SNR Margin can be found at http://www.spaldwick.com/broadband/billion-7800n and click on the link lower down that page about increasing broadband speed.
While the table gives 100 to set the SNRM back to default, the default value is normally -1 - which is what I've always used.
Remember to Save Config after the reboot.
