Web Access Control lockout!

I have unfortunately found out that you can set an IP address for the Web Access Control that is not of the same subnet as the router - you cannot then access it in any way. Before I wipe the whole thing and try to remember the settings, is there any way of accessing the router from a different subnet address?

As this is so easy to do (I was setting up a remote access IP address and used the same externel IP on the web access control page) can I suggest a warning message?

Incidentally it is hard to search for entries on this topic when Web and Access are disallowed as common terms!!!
Regards,
Keith

If you didn't get to "save" the config, perhaps a power cycle will restore the config without the ACL on it?

Would recommend backing up the working config before you make any changes to make restoration easier ;)
