Router blocking Outlook/OWA access

I wonder if anyone here can help me with this problem.

I got the BiPAC as a replacement for the standard O2 broadband router and it is leagues ahead in almost every respect.
However, it seems to be blocking access between Outlook and the Exchange server, and I am unable to open the OWA page in my browser when connected to this router.
I'm 99.99% convinced that it's the router since I did not encounter this issue with the standard O2 unit.

Would very much appreciate any suggestions :)

Is the exchange server behind the Bipac 7800N?? So the exchange server uses the the 7800N as the internet connection?

Or are you using the 7800N from home for example to connect to the exchange server?

It's a hosted Exchange server that I connect to from home via the router (or not as is currently the case).
I simply set the router up for O2 connections as described in the instructions.

Have you set any rules within the the firewall?

I haven't, no.
Is this something I should do?
I just assumed it would work given that it did with the O2 router :)

Theres no need to setup anything in the firewall, I was just checking incase you added a rule that might block the outgoing connection (as default all outgoing connections are open)

Have you tried to reset the router, setup the 02 connection (MPOA VPI 0 VCI 101 etc) and also enable wireless security and then attempt to connect again to your OWA again, as this hosted on the web I don't think there is anything that is blocking outgoing connection on your port (also might be worth checking your software file to see if that is blocking you)
