Intermittent internet:
I have a billion adsl 7800n
Qnap ts809 pro and I use transmission 2.61-b18 on the NAS
Problem. my internet works fine when I unplug the NAS, the becomes super fast.
When plug back in the transmission works great and get full speed downloads 350kbs the it drops to 0 after 10 minutes and the router is disconnected from the isp. What is happening is my NAT is getting bombarded and so give me a very unstable internet.
If i disable the transmission the internt works great but still disconnects after 20 min. Something in not right with the NAS.
If i unplug the NAS I get no disconnections. I get a very steady connection. no disconnects
this has been going on for the last month and is very annoying.
Also my snr values. Can you check if these are ok
SNR Margin(Upstream) 23.4
SNR Margin(Downstream) 9.8
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 14.1
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 33.0
Not sure but do i need to adjust the srn?
Cheers
