my SNR - Downstream varies between 11.5 and 7.4.

so it is not stable. How can I make this stable.

In the SNR page the default is set to -1 on the Billion 7800n. You say 50. Do I enter 50 in the SNR section?

That is where you would enter any values, but reducing the SNRM by 3dB won't make your connection more stable.

Suggest you contact your ISP and ask them to do a line test, but if you are with BT then have a read through this article first.
