iPlayer via Sony TV via 7800

I hav recently purchased and installed a 7800 (fantastic router) but now cannot access iPlayer from my Sony TV. I have verified that it is not the TV by using my old router and aslo via a PC which allows me to watch it. I am guessing that its the SPI firewall that is causing me to get the http timeouts. I have already tried the following:

Set a static IP address via Fixed hosts
Added it to the DMZ so all ports are exposed
Created a ALL-ALL firewall rule for the IP address set

Any other possible ideas?

Does BBC iPlayer work on PC that is connected directly to the 7800?

Yes have absolutly no issues with using iplayer directy off a connected PC. Also did a bit more testing last night and have no issues with Demand5/LoveFilm from the TV. Very strange.
