Billion router SKY BB

Good afternoon.
New to the forum, registered and have a couple of questions regarding Billion routers and Sky BB.
I am in the process of renovating a house we purchased in June last year. Part of this envolves me networking our home so that the two computers in the study run off LAN and the living room has suitable internet access for a number of devices (Sky box, Xbox, Wii, possible spare RJ45 port for a computer). I am also looking at putting another LAN port in our spare bedroom for future use. We are currently with SKY as our BB provider (SKY Fibre), and after doing some research the Billion Bipac 7800N seemed to be the only one I could find that successfully works with SKY BB. I have been looking at this router and also the 7800DXL (as it has the dedicated USB for NAS or print server) and was wondering which would be reccomended for my setup with the possibility of future expansion?
To sum up this is what I have and what I'm looking at setting up
x2 desktops in the study each to run off LAN rather than wireless (which they are at the moment due to location of the BT socket).
x2 Laptops and a number of mobile devices (expectations to run off Wireless from router)
In living room; x2 games consoles, SKY+ HD box, spare LAN port (one RJ45 LAN connected to a 4/5 port unmanaged switch, thinking of the Netgear GS605; use one at work and it seems a stable device)
LAN port in spare bedroom (for future use, will not be used just yet)
NAS with x2 drives
x2 printers (one laser, one photo) both on wireless
I realise that this as it stands would need more ethernet ports than the router has, hence looking at the 7800DXL to cater for the NAS via USB. But would the 7800N accept two switches (one in living room and one in the study) to free up a port for the NAS?
The plan is to run all the cables from each room into a large well vented cupboard we have in the hallway, where the openreach moden, router and NAS will live (main BT socket to be moved).
Would be looking in the future at media/music streaming into various rooms (kitchen, bathroom, main bedroom once done) from the NAS and also the possibility of a media device to stream HD video from the NAS directly to my TV in the living room.
Any advice or comments about the setup would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
