7800 - SNMP Interface OIDs

I've been going through the SNMP OIDs from my 7800 to see what I can monitor / graph in something like Nagios / Munin / etc. These are the "ifEntry" objects:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.1.0 = INTEGER: 9
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.1 = STRING: lo
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.2 = STRING: sit0
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.3 = STRING: dsl0
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.4 = STRING: atm0
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.5 = STRING: cpcs0
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.6 = STRING: eth0
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.7 = STRING: eth1
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.8 = STRING: br0
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.9 = STRING: ewan_br
Is anyone able to explain to me what each of these interfaces actually are? I'm specifically interested in eth0 & eth1 as I'd assumed these were the LAN interfaces however:
1. There are four physical LAN interfaces so where are the OID entries for eth2 and eth3?
2. I only have one physical LAN interface connected however the ifInOctets and ifOutOctets counters are both reporting an increase for both eth0 and eth1.
Many thanks.
