Where can I find the table/guide to increasing my SNR?

I'm on a 12db profile with sky to improve stability but still having issues.

No doubt another Openreach engineer will be sent but they insist on resetting my profile to the default (7,7) making my connection a joke until engineer arrives. I'm thinking I can tweak it so it syncs on a 12db SNR.

Try a SNR value of 9 and keep raising it until you get the preferred SNR value
