Folder structure on DLNA NAS drive missing

I have installed a USB 1TB Samsung hard drive to my 8800NL router and whilst it is showing in the TV, the file structures are missing. The TV will only show every single video file all at once, all of the old folder structures, i.e "Movies" folder does not show.

My Old TalkTalk super router managed to show the folder structure and the TV would find these folders, the new router will only display the files and not the individual folder structure. This makes it a pain to find a particular Movie or file when there may be hundreds available.

Is there any way to make these folders visible on my TV which is a Samsung UE42F5500 as the NAS drive is pretty useless without the individual folders to store my files.

I have formatted the drive using Fat32, when I view the media server on my Smart TV it shows a list of old files that used to be on the hard drive, it will not show the new up-to-date files at all.

You might need to manually power down and power up your TV (I don't mean stand by mode) if the files are not on the hard drive, I don't see a reason why your TV still thinks they are available.

Regarding the structures/folders we are still checking with our engineers
