Youview and 8800NL problem

I have just installed a Plusnet Youview box and connected it to my Billion 8800NL now my wireless devices Android phone and Tablet cannot acces the internet, if I disconnect the Youview box the wireless device can access the internet, I have gone through all the settings and rebooted the router but the problem persists I am using firmware version 2.32e should I downgrade the firmware?

Try enabling Wireless Multicast Forwarding (WMF) on the 'Wireless' page.

You should be fine, the fix has already worked for lots of others on this forum
