From Sky to BT - ADSL

Post by uclown2002 »

I assume I just change settings in 'Configuration >>> WAN >> WAN Service' ?

Will username and password suffice or are there other settings I will need to change?

Yes make the change under 'Configuration >> WAN >> WAN Service'

You want a PTM >> PPPOE with '802.1P Priority' set to '0' and the ' 802.1Q VLAN ID ' set to '101'

Credentials I use are below

username - bthomehub@btinternet.com
password - BT

I'm on ADSL not VDSL, so is it the PPPOA that needs checking/changing and not PPPOE as suggested?

Yep if using ADSL, then you need to edit/set the PPPOA wan profile
