I still see these generally at 1am and 4am daily. They also happened on the d1 firmware:

May 1 01:12:06 kern crit kernel: eth0 (Int switch port: 0) (Logical Port: 0) Link DOWN.
May 1 01:12:06 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered disabled state
May 1 01:36:08 kern crit kernel: eth0 (Int switch port: 0) (Logical Port: 0) Link UP 100 mbps full duplex
May 1 01:36:08 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered forwarding state
May 1 01:36:08 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered forwarding state
May 1 01:36:20 kern crit kernel: eth0 (Int switch port: 0) (Logical Port: 0) Link DOWN.
May 1 01:36:20 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered disabled state
May 1 01:36:22 kern crit kernel: eth0 (Int switch port: 0) (Logical Port: 0) Link UP 100 mbps full duplex
May 1 01:36:22 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered forwarding state
May 1 01:36:22 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered forwarding state
May 1 01:36:29 kern crit kernel: eth0 (Int switch port: 0) (Logical Port: 0) Link DOWN.
May 1 01:36:29 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered disabled state
May 1 01:36:33 kern crit kernel: eth0 (Int switch port: 0) (Logical Port: 0) Link UP 100 mbps full duplex
May 1 01:36:33 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered forwarding state
May 1 01:36:33 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered forwarding state
May 1 01:36:53 kern warn kernel: **** Detected EPHY unusual status, reset PHY to recover
May 1 01:36:54 kern crit kernel: eth0 (Int switch port: 0) (Logical Port: 0) Link DOWN.
May 1 01:36:54 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered disabled state
May 1 01:36:56 kern crit kernel: eth0 (Int switch port: 0) (Logical Port: 0) Link UP 100 mbps full duplex
May 1 01:36:56 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered forwarding state
May 1 01:36:56 kern info kernel: br1: port 1(eth0) entered forwarding state

I have EEE disabled and Ethernet auto power down/sleep disabled too.

Other than the above, everything seems to work well.

Right now the 8800NL R2 does not support baby jumbo frames on the EWAN port.

We check with our engineers if we can add support of this feature.

what is difference between this firmware and the 252.d5 firmware for the 8800nl r2?asking as originally the d3 version had issues with the native IPv6 from my Isp,one of the billion techs supplied the d5 version which sorted things, but cannot find the d5 version anywhere on the web for the 8800 r2?Am I running a beta?

d5 has the newer wireless driver, I never released it as I have newer firmware that resolves reboot issues, which I will be releasing in due course.

I have tried this evening the newer version(Bipac 8800NL R2 2.52.d10) and it caused loss of over 8mb on my connection speed of 71mb,so resorted back to the version(d5) I was using

Anyone else also having the same issue, that is strange as this firmware is using the same DMT code - A2pvI042j1.d26q_rc1a
